In a moment when social divides are widening and confidence in democratic institutions is under strain, the need for meaningful dialogue has never been more urgent. This symposium will explore how democracy, equity, and justice are interconnected—and how individuals, communities, and institutions can work together to build a more inclusive and sustainable future.

This interactive forum brings together respected scholars, community leaders, policymakers, and organizers from across the region. Through dynamic panel discussions and guided table conversations, attendees will gain deeper insight into the historical context and present-day challenges that shape civic life. Participants will leave not only informed, but motivated to take an active role in fostering fairness, accountability, and shared responsibility in public life.
