Join the Northland Pride Network for Show-Me Equality, an afternoon dedicated to learning about civic engagement, connecting with local organizations, and discovering ways to support equality in our communities.
The program will feature remarks from:
- Missouri State Senator Maggie Nurrenbern
- Missouri State Representative Wick Thomas
- A representative from PROMO
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear about current issues affecting LGBTQ+ Missourians, connect with local campaigns and advocacy organizations, and learn practical ways to become involved in the months ahead. Whether you’re attending to stay informed, meet others in the community, or find volunteer opportunities, this event offers a welcoming space to engage and take meaningful action. The event aligns with Northland Pride Network’s mission to educate, connect, and support LGBTQ+ individuals, families, and allies in the Kansas City Northland.
